So, this is the finished dress.

Finally. Almost two months after Dragon*con, I actually get around to making this post. Go me.

I had tons of compliments and photos, but my favorite part were the people who came up to me and told me that Starry Night is their favorite painting, and thanked me because they’d never seen anything like it in person and this was almost the same.

I also really loved when people wanted to touch it or asked me where I bought it at.   Very few people believed I actually painted it.

Oh, and did I mention that John Barrowman loved it? Because yeah, that happened.

Progress recap

…..I’m actually quite proud of my TARDIS(es).

Handbag for the dress

(first one i’ve ever made too)

….. got a bit impatient and used my hand as an easel.

After it dries I can put the finishing touches on it

Here’s the final product!

(actually that’s a lie. I still need to put in an invisible zipper. That’s my temp one there)

….sorry about my face guys.

I don’t wear make up.

Period.

And yet, I just got 40 bucks worth of make up and shit. Jesus christ.

May not seem like a lot to some people, but to me it’s a lot.

That’s more make up then I’ve ever owned in my fucking life. Jesusfuck

Just the front of the bodice left to do.

Believe it or not, the front looks really good.

The back… well fuck it. Half assed it. -shrug-
